MAIN REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the Cyprus Permanent Residency Program through the Fast Track Route, applicants must meet specific criteria. Firstly, the applicant must demonstrate a secured minimum annual income of €30,000, derived from sources abroad such as overseas employment income, pensions, dividends, etc. Employment in Cyprus is prohibited. The minimum annual income requirement increases by €5,000 for each dependent person.

In addition, the application must include a title deed or a property contract of sale submitted to the Lands Registry. This should be for acquiring a house, apartment, or any other building in Cyprus with a minimum market value of €300,000 (excluding VAT). The applicant must also provide proof of payment of at least €200,000 (excluding VAT) towards the property.

FAST TRACK ROUTE

The Civil Registry and Migration Department of Cyprus offers a Fast Track Route for granting immigration permits, ensuring a swift and efficient process. Additionally, you must provide a confirmation letter from a Cyprus Banking Institution verifying a minimum deposit of €30,000, pledged for at least three years. Under this route, your immigration permit is typically granted within two months.
