Permanent residency through property
The application must be accompanied by a contract of sale for a property of a minimum market value of €300,000 (excluding VAT), with proof of payment of at least €200,000.
Applicants prove a secured minimum annual income of €30,000 (increased by €5,000 per dependent), derived from sources abroad, plus a three-year pledged bank deposit of €30,000.
Applicants must visit Cyprus at least once every two years. Provided the criteria are met, the immigration permit is typically granted within a two-month period.
