Once you decide on a property, you can place a reservation fee to take it off the market. This gives your legal representatives time to conduct checks and secure your position as the buyer.

After a successful legal review, you sign the contract of sale. It is then registered with the Land Registry to protect your ownership rights. For off-plan purchases, staged payments begin in line with construction progress.
Non-Cypriot buyers must apply for approval from the Council of Ministers. Don’t worry, your property lawyer handles the application on your behalf, and you will be guided through any required documentation.
Once the final payment is made, ownership transfers to your name, and you receive your keys. You are now free to move in, rent the property, or prepare it for future use. Your investment journey in Cyprus is officially complete.
