"DNP were by far the friendliest company whom we dealt with, compared to other developers that we looked at. On our first visit to the Mandria site in June 2005, we got chatting to some of the workmen on site who only had positive things to say about Demetris. This was reflected in every other person we met. But more impressively was another builder we met who, despite being a competitor said Demetris was more interested in building quality houses than making money.
This comment was justified in the villas, where the fit and finish is first rate. The phrase that we kept coming back to was value for money.
We also got the feeling that we were more than another purchaser. Many companies forget about the personal touch, but DNP always seem to care about their customers.
